I sew a 1/4" seam allowance the first time around - sewing the binding on the back first - then flip it to the front and sew it down. It's a little hit & miss as far as the stitching landing in the back seam, but just take it slow. I sew my machine at 5 needle position and 2.7 stitch length. Every machine is different.
