I have loved this Dresden Plate pattern ever since I saw it......here - from "Diary of a Quilter"!
It caught my eye and I was thrilled when Julie, from California, sent me hers to be quilted.
It's constructed with a 15 degree angle wedge.....thingy.
She did a beautiful job with the soft prints and white background.
And then.....she chose a white, soft, cuddle for the backing.
She suggested I quilt some type of swirling pattern on the Dresden's and something different in the background.
I love how it turned out!
Thank you, Julie, for letting me quilt this beauty.
holy schmoly! wow. Yes, I've wanted to make that quilt too. It's from diary of a quilter.
