TOUCHDOWN!!!

Sara, from Idaho, sent me a "Touchdown" quilt to quilt for her son.

Sara did an excellent job piecing it! 

It's such a fun quilt - perfect for football season.

I love the colors she chose - school colors, maybe?

 

 

The footballs are almost actual size...

 

 

 

 I stippled the background...

 

 

...and line quilted the footballs.

 

 

 

 This backing - kinda reminds me of Pittsburgh Steelers.....anyone else see that?
