Graduation time quilts!

One of my customers, Traci, from Alabama, along with her mom, in Texas, made these two beautiful twin size quilts for some young ladies who are graduating this year.
The pattern they used is similar to Allison Harris's orange and white quilt here....
Traci and her mom made 99 blocks for each quilt and used 99 different prints.....holy schmoly!
This sweet orange one is made for Traci's daughter who is graduating from high school.

I quilted them both with a modern flair - swirls in the centers, and squiggles in the borders.

I could live with an entire bolt of that orange backing...

Backing and binding are the same luscious fabric!

This pink and white version is made for Traci's daughter who is graduating from 6th grade:

Every 6th grade girl graduate needs one of these....

Here we go with another scrumptious backing - perfect for all that PINK!

These were so fun to quilt and bind!  They made my heart smile!

All finished and ready for graduation!

Congratulations to both of you sisters!
No doubt your mom & grandma love you!
