Little girls need pink quilts.
I finally finished two - for two sisters.
The big one is for this big sister, Alayna...
(my adorable granddaughter)
The little one is for baby "?" sister...
(oh, how I love baby belly's)
This is my daughter taking good care of baby "?"
Although the quilts are the same, I quilted them differently.
Double bubbles for baby "?"...
And waves for big sister, Alayna.
Baby "?" has poke-a-dot flannel on the back and
Alayna has minky flowers - oh, my!
They're matchy, matchy and yet different!
Every little girl needs a pink quilt!
Here's the link to a tutorial for this pattern, only in a smaller version - a pillow!
I love them! Can't wait to use them. And baby sister does not yet have a name.....we just call her baby sister for now!
ReplyDeleteThey really are so sweet! love my girls....
DeleteTotes Adorbz! The quilts are darling too!
ReplyDeleteAhh - thank you! Darling quilts for little darlings!
DeleteSuch pretty quilts! I love how you quilted them!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I rarely use pink, but these were fun...and fun to quilt, too!
DeleteSuper duper cute!! Congrats on new grandbaby!
ReplyDeleteThank you! Grandbabies are the best gifts! You'll see one day!
DeleteOh how I wish you were my grandbabies grandma - course then, I wouldn't have the blessing of all my amazing babies... so I'll just stick with being ever so grateful that they all have a "great-aunt" Kathy who sews scrumptious quilts for them as well. We all share in Erin's joy! Beautiful Kathy!
ReplyDeleteAhhh - thank you, sister! There's nothing like all the pink - brings smiles to little girls faces!
