pillow finish...

I finally finished the pillow to go with the quilts for my granddaughter, Alayna, and her little sister
(due next month - can't wait to meet her!).
 
 
 I used the left-overs from the quilt blocks.
 

And I quilted it with that giant zig-zag stitch on my Janome.
I could just quilt EVERYTHING with it - love.
 

 
Of course I had to send a "Bug Babies" book along. 
 (Did I hear lots and lots of "ahhhhhh's"?)
 
 
 
My daughter got the package and said Alayna immediately wrapped up in her new blankey, laid on the pillow & read her new book. 
More "ahhhhh's".....I know.....sweetness!
 
I love my girls - Here's my daughter, Erin, with baby belly & Alayna in the background.

      We can always try a date in June! She's due the 18th and I'll be flying to AZ after baby is born. When will you be in MT?

      About two weeks. But we will be coming home for a few days after Memorial Day for family stuff, graduation and blessing Hyrum. I'm available any day after about the 5th. Hope we can squeeze it in!

    I love this pillow - it's so cheery! And I love hearing about how much your granddaughter loved her presents! Must give you a great feeling.
