We had such scrumptious, delicious, delectable, yummy food - (I desperately need a Thesaurus) ...thank you Stacey!!!!
I left my home in Montana at 7:00AM and arrived at the retreat in McCall, ID at 7:00pm....I don't know what took me so long, but, Stacey had hot soup & dinner rolls waiting for everyone.
AND chocolate raspberry mousse. uh-huh.....oh my!
AND chocolate raspberry mousse. uh-huh.....oh my!
For every meal she posted what we were going to eat.
And that was my favorite meal of the entire retreat. I know, it's silly to love a salad that much, but I'm telling you...it was phenomenal!
So pretty...we even had lit candles at lunchtime!
I totally would have served these crackers right out of the packages! Not Stacey!
Everything was labeled.
The view from the 2nd floor balcony:
My favorite meal setting was this picnic at the lake.
Corrie & Stacey hauled tables, chairs, awnings, more buntings and all the trimmings for a fantastic outdoor picnic.
Did I mention just how spoiled everyone felt?
Again - candles.
Yes - giant chocolate chip cookies nestled in their very own little glass houses.
The view from our picnic...my sister on the left, JoJo, and Shelto. Friends.
"Hi sister, LeAnn"...look at all those little threads on her pants.
I love you, sister.
Thank you, Stacey, for being our "chef" for the weekend. (Although she says she's not a "chef" - HAH)

I LOVED all the photos you took of the food...what a fun time away! It was so wonderful to meet you and to spend time with you. Hoping to see you again soon! :)
